2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us immediately to arrange a free return.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

6. Non-Refundable Items

7. Restocking Fees

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the item and the reason for the return. We will inform you if a restocking fee applies.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund. Please include clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
